Who is behind Bible Study Life?
Well, before you subscribe, perhaps you would like to know who we are? Who is it that is teaching you the Word and why do they feel like they are qualified to do so?
Our names are Matt & Nancy Davenport. We are part of the people that God has called forth in these days to bring His Word and do so for the express purpose of the love we have for Him and the Book He has blessed us with.
We are not scholars. We are not pastors. We belong within the Five-Fold Ministry that is discussed and put forth by God’s hand through the Apostle Paul in the Book of Ephesians. There you read of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers. And we are Teachers. We don’t seek accolades or money. It’s not as important to us as the simple Gospel and the teaching of the Word.
We do appreciate financial support as this is very involved. Especially posting daily. But there is no price on the Word. It should be accessed by anyone who can. Whether they have the funds or not. So, Bible Study Life and the Bible Study known as The Given Word will always be in place for any who wish to read it. And we pray God bless you and open your heart to know Him in great ways.
More than our Bible Study, we encourage you to read the Word of God for yourself. Your own study is far more valuable than anything you will read herein.
